Lisa Lupo is a sought after production designer, costume designer, celebrity stylist, and style expert. Her reputation is recognized by many of the largest advertising, corporate, and production names in the country. Her accomplishments give her clients a vast spectrum of choices; her fusion of creative disciplines can bring originality and superb taste to any situation. Lisa earned her BFA in Mixed Media and Design from Arizona State University, and shortly thereafter, the Chicago Art Department for Neiman Marcus hired Lisa to create full–environment window displays.
Her emerging set design and stylist work launched her success in the advertising, fashion, and television world. Lisa was hired by Harpo Productions, as a production designer for the Oprah Winfrey Show. Many commercial campaigns followed with Lisa’s creativity en-listed as costume designer and production designer. She thrived on client interaction and budget allocation and developed a visual style that propelled her freelance career.
In Los Angeles, her production design, styling, art direction, and costume design have allowed Lisa to build an impressive roster of clients including: Disney, ABC, FOX, CBS, Sony Music, Columbia, OPI, Lexus, Walker Zanger, Ritz Carlton, Dell, Viking, Space X, United Airlines, Playboy, Victoria Secret, Budweiser, and Coor’s, among others.
Lisa has been contributing fashion and style editor for Angeleno Magazine. Her editorial credits include: Elle Decoration, LA Confidential, Gotham, InStyle, Town and Country, O Magazine, Architectural Digest, HG, Detour, Real Simple, Every Day with Rachel Ray, Glamour, to name a few. Her reputation won her the role of “ style expert “ for the USA Network show, “ Before and Afternoon Movies. “
Lisa has styled for celebrity clients that include: Oprah Winfrey, Halle Berry, Courteney Cox, Ellen Pompeo, Rose Byrne, Jane Lynch, Serena Williams, Kate Walsh, Carol Burnette, Mariel Hemingway, Cindy Lauper, Paula Abdul, Jackie Evancho, Mena Suvari, Michael C. Hall, Jeff Bridges, Giovanni Ribisi, Travis Payne, Joseph Fiennes, and Michael Jordan.
Lisa was hired by Reville Productions to costume design the CBS show “ Live To Dance “. She was hired to production design and costume design the long version short film “ The Right Regrets “ produced by Mason Films. Lisa had the honor to work on the first issue of Frank LA as costume and set designer. Recently, Lisa had the pleasure of working on the “Bang: The Bert Bers Story”.
